Founded in 1989 by Attorneys Paul T. Kirner and David R. Boldt, Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A. has served the residents of North Royalton, Cuyahoga County, and surrounding communities for 35 years. Paul, now retired, had served as special counsel to the Ohio attorney general from 1982-1996, as an elected public official and magistrate in his 50 years of practice. David is a lifelong Ohio resident actively involved in the legal community. He is a current officer and former trustee of the Parma Bar Association and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Peter Kirner joined the firm in 2006 and is now full partner.. He has acted as a trustee and prior president of the Parma Bar Association, as well as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He served as a magistrate in Parma City School Truancy Court and has been appointed to the CMBA Fee Dispute Resolution Committee, is currently acting as the chairperson of such committee, and is part of the Bar Admissions Committee.
Matthew Boldt, son of Kirner and Boldt’s founding partner David Boldt, established an interest in the legal field started early and as he spent eight years clerking and as an assistant at Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A. prior to obtaining his license to practice law , Matthew obtained his license to practice in Ohio in 2023. His focus of practice is in the areas of estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, business law, and civil litigation. He has been admitted to practice law in both Ohio and South Carolina.
Jennifer Grandinetti came into the firm in 2019 and has been in practice for 14 years. Her focus of practice is in the areas of Guardianships, Probate Law and Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.
Karyn Washington came into the firm in 2023 and has been in practice for 5 years. Her focus of practice is in the areas of Domestic Relations, Custody, and Landlord Matters. She serves as a guardian ad litem in Cuyahoga, Medina, and Portage Counties.
