A lifelong resident of Ohio, attorney has guided individuals and family law clients through difficult legal matters since 1972. He has an extensive history of public service, serving as special counsel to the Ohio attorney general from 1982-1996, as an elected public official and magistrate, and as a member and former trustee and past president of the Parma Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and still sits on the Ohio Supreme Court’s panel for the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
Lawyer David R. Boldt joined forces with in 1989 to form the North Royalton, Ohio, law firm, Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A. David is a lifelong Ohio resident actively involved in the legal community. He is a current officer and former trustee of the Parma Bar Association and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations.
We also welcomed Peter Kirner to our firm in 2006 and then as a full partner in 2008. He has acted as a trustee and prior president of the Parma Bar Association, as well as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He served as a magistrate in Parma City School Truancy Court and has been appointed to the CMBA Fee Dispute Resolution Committee, is currently acting as the chairperson of such committee, and is part of the Bar Admissions Committee.
