Meet Our Attorneys

A lifelong resident of Ohio, attorney Paul T. Kirner has been guiding individuals and family law clients through difficult legal matters since 1972. He has an extensive history of public service, serving as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General from 1982-1996, as an elected public official and magistrate, and as a member and former trustee and past president of the Parma Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Lawyer David R. Boldt joined forces with Paul in 1989 to form the North Royalton, Ohio law firm, Kirner & Boldt Co., L.P.A. David is a lifelong Ohio resident actively involved in the legal community. He is a current officer and former trustee of the Parma Bar Association and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations.

We also welcomed Peter Kirner to our firm in 2006. He is a trustee of the Parma Bar Association, as well as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He serves as a magistrate in Parma City School Truancy Court and has been appointed to the CMBA Fee Dispute Resolution Committee and the Bar Admissions Committee.
